Small group training
Big gyms and packed classes can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not sure where to start or feel like everyone else knows what they’re doing. That discomfort alone is often enough to stop women from showing up. At The Cnr Gym, classes are capped at 8 women. You’re coached, supported, and guided every step of the way — so you can train at your own pace, without pressure or comparison.

I started training at the CNR gym with Sophie, when I was 5 weeks postpartum with my 3rd baby. I’m 10 months postpartum now and absolutely love the environment and space she’s created. Sophie, Lucy and Bronte are well educated and experienced trainers, very supportive and you can tell they actually care for all their members. The energy is unmatched. Classes range from strength training, boxing, conditioning, mat pilates. I could not recommend this gym more!!!

I’ve been training at the CNR Gym since it first started, I love it, I started as a beginner in fitness and now reached a lot of my fitness goals, Sophie keeps it fun and motivating with new fitness blocks every 6 weeks. My favourite is booty and core. I do also love a cardio and boxing class. Great community of all girls that motivate and support eachother in the fitness space. Highly recommend!
